Semester 5

    Understand consumer behavior and principles of strategic retail management.

    Learn to use analytics as a tool to solve business problems and support managerial decision-making.

Semester 6

    Apply everything you’ve learned about business management principles through a six-month project.

    Learn effective customer relationship management.

    Analyze customer interactions and data throughout the customer lifecycle.

Who Can Apply?

Indian students
    10+2 from a recognized national or state board or

    10+3 diploma from a recognized national or state institute

    At least 50% marks in aggregate in 10+2 / diploma (45% for reserved categories)

International students
    10+2 / intermediate / senior secondary from a recognized Board, or an equivalent qualification as recognized by the Association of Indian Universities, in any discipline with at least 50% marks in aggregate
